Tax Exempt Letter Instructions

As you know, your participation in our Welcoming Home our Heroes golf outing is tax exempt. You may create your own tax exempt document to be submitted with your 2010 tax return by opening the link above and completing the following instructions.

1. Fill in your name and address information section at the introduction portion of the letter

2. Fill in your name at the greetings section

3. In this section,

• If you are a golf participant, fill in the appropriate dollar amount and number of golfers for whom you are paying.

• If you are not a golf participant and made either a dollar amount and/or merchandise donation, please fill in the dollar amount donated or provide a description of the merchandise donated.

Upon completion, please save the document for your records and print a copy of the document for submission with your 2010 tax return.
